1 medium Cucumber
Green onion
1 medium Tomato
Parsley
1 carton vanilla yogurt (individual)
Dash Salt
Dash Cumin
- Peel the cucumber. Cut in half the longwase and scoop seeds. Cut into 1/2 inch slices
- Wash tomato and cut in bite size pieces. Drain to remove liquid/ seeds
- Chop or cut green onion. **
- Place all ingreients in a bowl and cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
Did you know......coconut milk is just coconut that has been steeped in boiling water. Almost like tea using a piece of cheesecloth. The remaining coconut can still be used in recipes.
